Does the snoozecube bed smell?
Our mattress uses foam that has very little or no smell at all. It can have a little odor right when you first open the package and let it decompress but that shouldn’t last longer than typically a few minutes but definitely no longer than 24 hours.
Does the snoozecube bed sleep hot?
No. The top three layers of our mattress were specifically made with ventilated materials and phase changing gel memory foam that disperses heat across the mattress. Our mattress actively pulls away heat from the top layer to help you sleep cooler than with most other foam mattresses.
Does the snoozecube bed have a break-in period?
When the mattress is first cut out of its packaging and decompresses it will feel softer than it will 24-48 hours later.
How does the 180 night risk-free trial work?
After you receive your snoozecube bed, you can sleep on it for up to 180 nights. If you are not 100% satisfied, call us or email and we will arrange for the mattress to picked up and your full purchase price refunded. You do not pay any fees of any kind. *Alaska and Hawaii will not have the initial $50 shipping charge refunded.
Does the snoozecube bed reduce motion transfer so my partner will not feel me move?
Yes, one of the biggest benefits of memory foam is how well it works to keep motion isolated.

Does snoozecube offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes, we do. If you decide that the snoozecube mattress is not for you, you may contact customer service for a full refund. We only ask that you try the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights and return it within 180 days of when it arrived at your home.
Free Shipping Details
All snoozecube mattresses ship for free via FedEx™ and usually arrive within 1-4 days depending on your location.
Is there tax on the snoozecube mattress?
We only apply sales tax to orders shipped to the state of Alabama. This is the state sales tax amount of 4%.
Purchases shipped to California, Connecticut and Rhode Island are subject to an additional recycling fee. This fee ranges from $7.00-$11.00.
Does the snoozecube have a cancellation policy?
All orders can be cancelled before the product has shipped. If you would like to cancel after this, we request that you either try the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights or pay a return shipping charge of $50. We will email you return postage as well as a refund your total payment minus $50. *Alaska and Hawaii will not have the initial $50 shipping charge refunded.

Set-Up & Care
How do I clean the snoozecube mattress?
One of the benefits to our mattress over others is that it has an easy zip-off cover that you can just zip off and throw in your washing machine. We also offer replacement covers.
Do I need to let the snoozecube bed settle after opening?
No, the mattress should be good to sleep on within minutes of cutting it out of its bag. It may take 24 hours to fully decompress or in other words to come back to its true firmness.
Can I set up the snoozecube bed on my own?
We recommend that two people set up the mattress.
Do I need to flip the snoozecube bed?
You do not need to flip the mattress. The mattress has been engineered to hold up over its lifespan one sided.
Do I need a box-spring for the snoozecube mattress?
Our mattress can be used on any hard, flat surface. This surface can be a foundation, platform bed, adjustable base, Bunkie board, the floor or a box spring.
When will my snoozecube bed ship?
Typically, the mattress ships out of our facility same day or next day, rarely it takes up to 3-4 days from time of order to leave our facility. After leaving our facility it takes up to 5 days to receive but for most customers it will be at your doorstep in 1-3 days. Please see our shipping map for a general idea of shipping times. *Please note that this map does not guarantee shipping times.
Can I specify a delivery date?
If you need to have your mattress at a later date please text us at (512) 766-6931 or email us at email@example.com and let our customer service team know immediately. We will work with FedEx™ and try to make sure your mattress is delivered on the day that you need it.
Can I change my address after I order?
Yes, but please let us know immediately by texting us at (512) 766-6931 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 states. We are currently working hard to bring Canadian shipping online.
Does someone have to be home or have to sign for the mattress?
No, FedEx™ will drop the mattress off right at your doorstep. There is no signature required and no one is required to be at home.
How long can the snoozecube bed stay in its box?
It can stay boxed for longer but we recommend 30-60 days. The longer it is boxed the more the foam will wear, this is the benefit of our mattresses is that they are compressed and boxed for a very short time before arriving at your doorstep.
What is the snoozecube bed return policy?
Sleep is very important and we want you to sleep well! Try our mattress for up to 180 nights and if you are unsatisfied you may return it for a full refund. All we ask is that you at least try the mattress for 30 nights to allow your body time to adapt to a new sleeping surface, it is a big change.
What do you do with the returned mattresses?
We always attempt to donate all returns to local charities.
